The Pines of Mindanao is located in the Sandlewood area (Southside) of Jacksonville and is located close to schools, shopping, golf courses, restaurants and is a short drive to the beach.

Directions:

From downtown take Arlington Expressway to Atlantic Blvd. to Mindanao Drive and turn right to the Pines of Mindanao. 

From St. Johns Bluff Road turn east on Atlantic Blvd. to Mindanao Drive and turn right to the Pines of Mindanao.
